After an approval by us via email, please ship us back the order in its original packaging. Once received and inspected you will be refunded or an exchange will be made. The order must be returned within 10 calendar days of receipt.

Bought these for my nephew. They’re a good size for toddlers or older children. Very soft, high quality construction. Very glad that he will have toys that look like me and his dad as well as ones that look like his other family.
My entire family cooed when I took this out of the box! It is so cute, high quality, and beautifully packaged. I instantly put on a shelf, I don't know if I even want to put a plant in it because it's so cute by itself. Did I mention it's cute?
We received Zuri as a gift and we are so glad our daughter has this doll. Beautiful design, great stitching, a quality product. It was the first doll she noticed as an infant and at 1 1/2 years old I still find her staring into Zuri’s eyes. I highly recommend this doll and will be collecting them all. I’m also getting the keychains for myself!
She’s perfect, such a cute plushie doll! I love the detail from the outfit, hair design and even details on the back. The Amara keychain I received as a gift with the pre-order is nice and great quality too. I’m super happy with my purchase! :-)
Zuri has been a bedtime companion since Christmas Day & I love she has a doll now that looks like her.

We purchased a Zuri doll for my 2 year old daughter at Christmas. The shipping was quick and it came right on time. As she opened the package, she was ecstatic especially as her hair was also in pigtails that day. She has now coined the doll as her little sister and has it with her for all her activities. I truly love the size, the soft material and of course a doll that ressembles her.
This is an updated review as there was a courier error on my end - received the plushies and colouring book! The dolls are adorable and I’m sure my niece and nephew will love them.
